Getting an education shouldn’t be a one-time event; it must be an on-going process that builds on strengths while opening doors for the future. Real Estate education to all its members is one of the key objectives of our organization. Through YEPOF membership, all members shall receive time to time information and updates at seminars and expo.

As per agencies data, the current property owners share in World’s GDP is around 2.8% and it is growing day by day. YEPOF, through its member Associations, across the country celebrates the role of the property owners in the real estate ecosystem. This resulted in the 'World Property Owners Day' event which will be celebrated annually with the involvement of all stakeholders.

World Property Owners Day has been conceptualized by YEPOF as a tribute to the Property Owner fraternity that drives the real estate industry. This program will be celebrated in every year in the month of August. Members from across the world actively participate to celebrate their achievements, create awareness about realtor and also educate the other stakeholders on the importance of a property owner in the dynamic Real Estate Market.
