YEPOF is the largest representative body and advocacy group for all the property owners i.e Individual and Corporate Allottees, private property owners, private developers along with Yamuna Express Way or any organisation & association related to Yamuna Express Way sectors and Villages. YEPOF was initially conceptualized in the year 2007 for the betterment of property owners who has any kind of property at Yamuna Express Way and to facilitate professional services and development for its members.

YEPOF is a Non-Profit Organisation which has been created for the collective voice of Property Owner’s at Yamuna Express Way. YEPOF encourages their members to follow the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry to resolve their complaints and issues with best of the solutions. Organisation provides support and education for over 100000 property owners all over the Express Way through its Member Associations. It also offers comprehensive resources to property owners to provide world class services & create value for all the stake holders in Industry.

The top motive of YEPOF is to provide best of the best solutions, services and ethical standards in the industry to resolve property owner’s complaints and issues. Our focus is to bring all the property owners on a common platform with one GOAL and Setting the single window and minimum T.A.T of any solutions and services.

Our Core Motive are:

• To provide a forum or platform for making the property owner aware of their fundamental rights as an allottee and to fight for their betterment along with a group.
• To provide a platform where any property owner can get the solution of their issues i.e post allotment queries, construction and renovation of property, sale-purchase of property etc.
• To establish cordial, healthy relations, and to foster brotherhood amongst the members
• To provide facilities to their members i.e community centre, marriage hall, old age home, club, hotel, resorts, water park, Agri-Education centre, farm houses, organic farming, natural medical centre, Vipshayana Centre, health care centre, hostel, dance & music school, orphanage, public toilets, library, dispensary, hospital, ambulance service, school & college etc.
• To collect and disseminate statistical/ technical and other information relating to bye-laws and to print, publish, issue and circulate such information and other objects or calculated to advance these interests
• To provide a place of meetings, where members could solve their complaints & difficulties encountered by any individual or organization or any govt. body.
• To arrange talks by experts to assist members on technical and taxation and legal matters.
• To affiliate and be affiliated to other organizations having similar objects.
• To invest funds of the Federation in such manner as the Federation may in the best interests deem fit and proper.
• To do all other such lawful acts or things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above objects or any one of the above objects or any one of them and generally to take all such measures to promote the ethical interest of members.
